This is so cool, I love the set of colors you've used on the suit, and the contrast between detail and not-so-detailed parts.

My problem is with the face. In my eyes, her neck is a bit long, and maybe a little malplaced.

Also I think the proportions on the face are a bit off :)

Very well done, but it needs a little kick to make it look really interesting. Try to make some drastic highlights on the edges, to give it a little more crispy look :)
